Each spacer will shorten travel by five millimetres and the full quota of 10 can be installed in your post. So, if you have a 160mm post and want to reduce the travel to 130mm, you'll install six spacers, while if you have a 200mm post and want to reduce the travel to 190, you'll only need to install two, and so on.
You'll receive 10 spacers, a plastic measuring cylinder and a 30ml bottle of Wolf Tooth's own Dropper Post Refill Fluid when you order your spacers, so that you'll have everything you need to install the spacers yourself or ask your local shop to do so.
