At Saddleback Elite Performance Cycling, we stand by the quality of our gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original, unused condition with all technical tags and packaging intact to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the cycling gear in its original packaging, ensuring all component manuals and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned gear for integrity, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
